1. All items are brand new and in perfect condition.

2. Prices are not negotiable.

3. Place your order by EMAIL. We'll get back to you within 24 hours.

4. Items are sold at a first come first serve basis. Items will be sold to buyers who can bank in first in cases of multiple demands.

5. For items which are labeled as restock-able, we would try to get them for you from our suppliers but it all depends on whether the supplier still has stocks! NO guarantee.

6. Take note: Advance payment is needed for restocking items to prevent last minute backing out! Thanks! Full refund will be made if item cannot be restocked.

7. Interested buyers can reserve item for 2 days. Please make payment within the 2 days given.

8. Please make sure your address is stated correctly in your order form as Pos Express envelopes do not require a recipient's signature. We will not be held responsible for lost parcels or damage during delivery and there will strictly be no refunds.
